Senior Growth Marketing Manager

INDSUS Salt has partnered with a leading shopping and rewards platform-company, based inAustin, that helps over 40 million shoppers earn rewards and save money while shopping. They’re now expanding aggressively in North America—and we’re looking for bold, innovative leaders to help them scale. We’re seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Leader to accelerate customer acquisition and drive impactful campaigns. In this role, you’ll work closely with local teams and regional partners to deliver on bold growth targets. You will: • Design and run high-impact campaigns to boost acquisition, growth, and retention across CRM, social, partnerships, digital, content, and influencer channels. • Manage funnels for both existing and new business lines to drive consistent user growth. • Turn reports and analytics into clear insights and actionable strategies. • Measure campaign performance and provide clear updates to stakeholders. • Manage marketing spend, forecast ROI, and invest resources where they matter most. If you have: • +7 years in performance marketing strategy and team management, with a strong preference for backgrounds ineCommerce, payments, B2C marketing, social media, or start-ups. • Demonstrated ability to design and execute impactful, creative marketing campaigns across diverse channels. • A structured thinker who excels at breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions. • Expertise in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategy, decision-making, and product development priorities. • Skilled in budget management, commercial decision-making, and performance reporting. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels. • Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
