Senior HVAC Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with a focus on property maintenance and field service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort for our clients. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment. • Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter and schematics to identify problems accurately. • Perform welding tasks as needed for system repairs or installations. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment. • Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient operation of services provided. Skills • Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. • Experience in property maintenance with a strong understanding of building systems. • Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems. • Familiarity with appliance repair techniques relevant to HVAC components. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to HVAC work.
