Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues using schematics and technical manuals. • Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed. • Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques. • Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. • Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a strong background in service technician roles. • In-depth knowledge of HVAC design, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for client interaction. • Relevant certifications (EPA, NATE) are preferred but not mandatory. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Call-To-Action • Hourly plus Commission • Profit Sharing in the near future If you're ready to elevate your career as a Senior HVAC Technician with us, we invite you to apply today and become a key player in our mission! #MCO2 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Company truck • Flexible schedule • Fuel card • Health insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Tools provided Ability to Commute: • Seattle, WA 98101 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Seattle, WA 98101: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
