Senior HVAC Technician

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Qualifications • 4+ years proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred. • Knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, appliance repair, and plumbing is essential. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Pay Transparency: The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65K-$150K/annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
