We are seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities
• Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and other related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using various tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
Qualifications
• 4+ years proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, heating systems, appliance repair, and plumbing is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65K-$150K/annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
Physical Demands:
• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
