Role Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Influencer Marketing Executive who with a focus on TikTok to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving brand growth. 

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Channel Performance Support: 
  • Assist in monitoring and optimising channel performance, including managing commercial KPIs, budgets, and targets. 
• Influencer Strategy Implementation: 
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies across the lifestyle and wellness division to enhance brand presence on TikTok. 
• Influencer Recruitment and Onboarding: 
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new TikTok influencers, collaborating with territory and central teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. 
• Relationship Management: 
  • Oversee end-to-end relationship management with influencers, including outreach, negotiation, nurturing relationships, and performance evaluation. 
• Contract Negotiation: 
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring long-term relationships with clear deliverables that align with the influencer's profile. 
• Event Support: 
  • Assist with planning and executing potential events and ad-hoc tasks related to influencers. 
• Trend Monitoring: 
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to inform the wider team and enhance content output. 
• Creative Collaboration: 
  • Collaborate with the brand team on creative approaches to influencer campaigns and concepts, integrating them into the broader brand plans. 

Role Requirements: 

• Experience: 
  • A minimum of 2 years in influencer marketing and/or marketing roles. 
• TikTok Guru: 
  • You need to know the platform inside out – from spotting top talent and creating great content to staying ahead of the latest trends. 
• Industry Interest: 
  • A strong interest in the health, fitness/wellness categories 
• Brand Awareness: 
  • Understanding of how influencers contribute to building brand awareness, affinity, content creation, and driving commercial value. 
• Commercial Acumen: 
  • Interest in the commercial aspects of influencer marketing, with proficiency in Excel and general data handling. 
• Project Management: 
  • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment. 
• Team Experience: 
  • Experience in managing and working within a team environment.
