Job Description
MUST:
•
Extensive Intelex Support Experience: Deep, hands-on experience (typically 5+ years) in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Intelex EHSQ software
•
3E Integration Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting integrations with 3E Company's data services, APIs, or related compliance solutions. Strong understanding of how 3E data impacts Intelex.
•
EHSQ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ)
Key Responsibilities
•
Intelex Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design and architecture of Intelex EHSQ solutions, translating complex client business requirements into detailed technical specifications, robust configurations, and scalable system designs.
•
Intelex Configuration & Customization: Design, develop, and implement advanced configurations and customizations within the Intelex platform, including workflows, forms, reports, business rules, and scripting (where applicable).
•
3E Integration Expertise: Architect, develop, and manage integrations between Intelex and 3E Company's data services or APIs. Ensure the accurate and efficient flow of chemical regulatory data, safety data sheets (SDS), and other compliance information.
•
Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, conducting workshops, gathering detailed technical requirements, and presenting sophisticated Intelex and 3E integration solutions.
•
Data Migration & Conversion: Lead data migration strategies and execution for Intelex implementations, ensuring data integrity and successful transitions from legacy systems.
•
Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within Intelex applications and integrations, optimizing database queries, web service calls, and system configurations for optimal speed and stability.
•
Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams and junior consultants. Conduct solution reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and promote continuous learning.
•
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues related to Intelex, 3E integrations, and underlying systems, including production support escalations and root cause analysis.
•
Documentation: Create comprehensive technical design documents, integration specifications, test plans, and deployment guides for all Intelex and 3E-related solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Extensive Intelex Experience: Deep, hands-on technical experience (typically 7+ years) with Intelex EHSQ software, including advanced configuration, customization, and implementation across various modules (e.g., Incident Management, Audit Management, SDS Management, Chemical Management).
•
3E Integration Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in integrating Intelex with 3E Company's data services, APIs, or related compliance solutions. Strong understanding of 3E's data structures and integration patterns.
•
Database & Web Services: Strong proficiency in SQL (SQL Server preferred) for complex querying, database design related to Intelex, and performance tuning. Expertise in integrating systems via web services (REST/SOAP) and API methodologies.
•
Programming/Scripting: Experience with scripting or programming languages relevant to Intelex customization (e.g., JavaScript for client-side, or server-side languages if Intelex allows advanced custom coding like C#/.NET if applicable to the Intelex version).
•
EHSQ Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) management processes, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
•
Analytical & Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical, debugging, and advanced problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical and integration challenges.
•
Client-Facing & Consulting Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, coupled with strong client engagement and advisory abilities.
Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have)
•
Intelex product certifications.
•
Experience with other EHSQ or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software platforms.
•
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for EHSQ reporting.
•
Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies for SaaS solutions.
•
Experience with ETL tools for data manipulation and migration.
Education
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
