Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

Meet with the client, develop a concept, then work with our design assistants who will render 3-D drawings for you. Lovely showroom in Chicago to use for finish selection. In this role as a sales design consultant, you will be focused primarily on remodeling for homeowners in the Chicago and the North Suburbs. Your responsibilities will include: • Sales • Meeting with clients to develop design ideas for their home that suits their needs and budget. • Manage the construction phase of the project. Or partner with a project manager and split commissions. • Work with our architecture, drafting team, and our project superintendents, to ensure a successful home renovation. Our focus is solely residential, with an emphasis on kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home renovations for our clients. 123 Remodeling wins dozens of local and national awards every year for our remodeling excellence.
