Senior IT Applications Manager

The Sr. IT Applications Manger helps departments select, configure, implement, manage and operate their many software applications and data initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for software that meets user expectations and maintains regulatory compliance, if applicable.
• Advise internal stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure business needs are well-communicated and met.
• Manage continuous improvement of major software systems.
• System administrator for various software applications, with responsibilities for supporting user provisioning and first line support, where necessary.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BA or better, preferably in Finance, Information Technology or related fields
• 8+ years in the BioTech/Pharma sector
• Experience supporting various software applications, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, Veeva, Concur and other business SaaS application, including “validated” systems
• Previous experience in a supervisory role highly desired
• Experienced with applications

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $196,900 - $231,600; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.  An annual cash bonus and equity grants may be provided as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other wellness benefits, dependent on the position offered.
