Job Description

Job Summary:

• The primary focus of this role is to provide comprehensive support for various business applications, including SAP S/4 Hana, Salesforce, Trackwise, Coupa, and related applications, primarily for our South Korea office. You will be responsible for tasks such as process design, systems analysis, creating functional specifications, monitoring production, optimizing performance, resolving issues, conducting testing, and providing ongoing support after implementation. Additionally, you may also be involved in new development projects and minor enhancements for these applications.
• As part of your responsibilities, you will be assigned IT projects by the Director, IT Business Applications, where you will be responsible for project planning, requirements gathering, coordinating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to define business systems requirements for enhancements, new technology implementations and lead cross functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects, or providing status updates on various projects. Also set user expectations in terms of delivery dates & scope.
• Analyze business scenarios and design solutions by collaborating with other IT team members in Japan, Taiwan, India, Europe, US, local service provides to design and implement solutions that meet the emerging needs of South Korea (Primary), Japan, Taiwan, India business. 
• Facilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders.
• Organize and Deliver IT Business Application Support for existing issues and newly delivered enhancements/projects in Salesforce, SAP SD/MM/PP/QM /FICO and related supply chain applications like X-Trade etc.
• Write Blueprint documents, functional specification documents, Test scripts and other documents required for development and other efforts. Train users on new modified system configuration as it affects business processes.
• Assist the local service provides, offshore develop team for the system unit tests, system integration tests; assist the users for the user acceptance tests (UAT) if necessary.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• General

• Flexibility and ability to complete projects outside normal daily duties as needed.  
• Strong ability to identify, determine and document customer requirements.
• Able to travel oversees to support local office needs.

Experience  

Required:

• 7 + Years of Experience supporting SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/FICO
• Knowledge and general understanding of Customer service support operations, Order to cash, Finance & Controlling, Manufacturing, Product safety & Regulatory Affairs business process.
• General understanding in document control for medical device company and able to communicate with local government bodies like MFDS, KMDIA & local IT service providers.
• Experience in Fit& Gap analysis, Blueprinting, writing Functional Specification, Test scenarios & Test cases.
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP
• Desired
• Experience in Service now, Track wise, Coupa, EDI applications, Salesforce CPQ, X-Trade, e-yulchon, Workday, HR-OK, Coupa
• Experience in Supporting Business users in a Class III & IV medical device company.
• Any SAP Certification, Salesforce certification
• Language Skills
• Mandatory: English-Business Level, Korean – Native or Business Level.
• Optional: Japanese, Chinese

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

Working Conditions:

• Onsite, In south Korea office.
