Your Title: Senior IT Risk Assurance Analyst

Our Location: Remote/Anywhere within the US preferably EASTERN TIME ZONE

You Report To: IT Manager

Compensation: starting base salary of $98,500+ plus bonus!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am -5:30pm EST

What you will get to do:

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee IT efforts to attain SOC2 certification and the creation of associated procedures and documentation.
  • Become the primary IT internal and external point of contact for all SOC 2 related work areas.
  • Aid in developing, building and constantly improving First Help Financial's security program and all of its components.
  • Continuously perform and review internal and external vulnerability assessments and aid the associated remediation tasks.
  • Work with Rapid7 (MSP) and other security partners to document and resolve all security related incidents.
  • Assist in all other assigned areas of IT as workload permits.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors Degree or specialized training and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate IT security related role.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks such as MITRE, ATT&CK Framework, and OWASP top 10
  • Knowledge of current network security threats and impact on enterprise operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of IT related Regulatory and Industry Best Practices and Standards including ITIL, FFIEC, COBIT, ISO, NIST, Privacy etc.
  • Excellent understanding of antivirus, spyware and other malware solutions.
  • Hands on experience in Windows Desktop and Server and Linux configuration and hardening.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communications & strong presentation skills.
