What you'll do :

• Provide remote and onsite support to North Asia regional offices (Taiwan & Korea) , including the handling of the incident reported by users and undertake the daily support of IT systems

• Perform system monitoring and ensure infrastructure & network health.

• Manage IT inventory record and IT Asset management

• Coordinate with IT Manager and internal IT team on projects testing and implementation.

• Develop automation for maximuning productivity and standardisation

• Collaborate with local OX to build a user friendly office experience

What you’ll need :

• A minimum of 4 years of working experience and 2 years of frontline support, preferably in Tech startup enviroment

• Good command of English and Chinese

• SOLID experience in mixed endpoint management (MAC + WIN), Networking (Fortigate Firewall, Ruckus Wifi system and Meeting room equipment.

• Familiar with Google workspace, MDM, SSO as well as SaaS technology

• Knowledge in Scripting and Automation is an advantage
