Senior IT Support

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Support Specialist will support Nuance staff with IT related tasks, hardware & software troubleshooting. Your main tasks will include setting up Macs and PCs for new hires, attending to break fix tickets, coordinating TLM upgrades.
Requirements

• Strong Mac skills with 3-5 of years of Mac in the enterprise
• Working knowledge of JAMF in the cloud as well as typical Senior Tech PC skills.
• Familiarity with Zoom Webinars and Teams Live Events/Webinars
• Mobile device troubleshooting, and
• Basic MFP break/fix and diagnostic skills.
• Candidate must be comfortable working with remote and onsite users and be able to meet deadlines.
