• 2nd and 3rd level support for our existing applications and IT infrastructure/network
• reproducing, analysing and documenting IT incidents
• being the interface to external IT partners
• documenting and optimising IT processes
• IT onboarding for new colleagues
• automation of interfaces between software products

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

• several years of experience with hardware, software and network support (remote and in person)
• client experience (Microsoft & Apple)
• a good command of Google Workspace 
• previous experience in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python 
• a very good command of written and spoken English
• strong communication skills and a high service orientation
• high self-organisation and reliability

And nice to have..

• experience in monitor systems, endpoint management and software packaging
• worked on automation processes e.g. integrating software components (using APIs) server provisioning, software distribution, patch management

According to the Austrian collective agreement, the minimum salary is 45.000€/year. Of course, we are happy to offer much higher compensation based on qualifications and experience!
