Must be local and should have at least 12 years of experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java 11 and above, along with Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions. A background in production support and experience in the Banking/Insurance domain is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using Java 11+ and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Independently create architectural designs and lead the implementation of new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices.
• Skills and Experience:
• Strong proficiency in Java 11 and above, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in production support is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Banking or Insurance domain is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS is required.
