Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Java-based applications and solutions that align with our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance Java applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on project milestones
• Implement scalable and sustainable solutions using Java technologies
• Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Validate software functionality and security through rigorous testing
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and industry trends
• Manage the integration of third-party services and APIs

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree in Computer Science is preferred
• Have 3+ years of experience in Java development, including hands-on experience with Spring framework
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure for deploying and managing applications
• Proficient in developing and scaling applications using Microservice Architecture Patterns
• Skilled in orchestrating containers with Kubernetes in a production environment
• Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have

• Background in Financial Services, particularly in wealth management
• Experience with Apache Kafka for handling real-time data feeds
• Proficiency in containerization with Docker
• Strong command of SQL for database management and transactions
