Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead the implementation and enhancement of AEM platform components. This role requires extensive experience with AEM tech stack, a proven ability to deliver high-quality code, and a knack for mentoring and guiding a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain AEM components to enhance website functionality and performance
• Lead code reviews to maintain high development standards and ensure code quality
• Write and execute unit tests to ensure system reliability
• Mentor junior and middle-level developers, providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Extensive experience in AEM Sites & Assets, AEM Components, AEM DAM, and AEM MSM
• Strong understanding of dialogs and OSGi services within the AEM platform
• Proficiency in content migration processes
• Advanced expertise in Java and related frameworks
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
• B2+ English proficiency for effective communication
