The Role

Manage the accounting and reporting for the company's corporate expenses, debt and derivatives by working with various functions including Treasury, F&P and Accounting Centers. Ensure activity is accurately recorded and reported in the company's financial statements.

Coordinate with Treasury and accounting teams to identify and correct ledger variances.

Create improvements to streamline the reconciliation and reporting activity. Coordinate with and assist local teams in accounting for changes in process for newly issued accounting guidance and system changes.

Reporting

Provide information required for the company's quarterly external footnote disclosures.

Present the monthly treasury and benefits activity to management.

Execute controls and provide information to the company's auditors as well as the internal controls team.

Additional responsibilities

A key initiative for the team is to continuously improve the accounting process. Develop process improvements by working with accounting centers and the reporting team.

As a member of the Treasury and Benefits Accounting team serve as a backup and support for function on the team.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$102,720 to $213,000

Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360

New York City: $112,080 to $213,000

Washington: $102,720 to $195,120

Washington DC:$102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

General ledger entries and F/S analysis

Project management and process implementation

Financial reporting support preparation and SOX control documentation
