Senior Lead Analyst – Data Science

Infosys is seeking anAI ML Engineerwith strong background in designing and deploying Machine Learning models using Python. Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment on Cloud Platform. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. Ideally the candidate uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. • Candidate must live within commuting distance ofPlano, TXor be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required. • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology • At least 4 years of experience in developing programs/APIs using Python/Pyspark • At least 3 years of experience in AWS Sagemaker, MLOPs and Model Validation • At least 4 years of experience in Data Science, ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transform Models, • At least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning Model development life cycle, software engineering principles and data engineering principles • At least 2 years of experience in Vector Databases such as Pinecone and Chroma • At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI and LLMs, specifically with Mistral, Llama, RAG, and GPT technologiesPreferred Qualifications: • Experience in MLOps, Model Monitoring, Performance optimization. • Experience in Load Balancing, GPU based processing, Performance Optimization • Experience in developing of API on Azure/GCP/Azure/API Gateways • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI-ML contexts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • High Impact client communication • Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Capital MarketsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
