Senior / Lead React Native Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Senior / Lead React Native Engineer dedicated to innovation and technology excellence.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with existing client and vendor teams from the US, Ireland, and Poland
• Engage in daily communications with clients and vendors
• Deliver features in close cooperation with the scrum team
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as a Lead Engineer in React Native development
• Oversee the technical solutions and become the team's primary contact for development and technical inquiries
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure all work meets our standards of excellence, including code and test reviews and pair programming
• Assist Project Management and Product Management teams with release planning
• Offer technical insights on emerging technologies and contribute to professional development initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React Native (React Navigation, React Native view layer, Redux, React Native Firebase for push notifications & crash reporting)
• Background in iOS and Android mobile application development
• Understanding of mobile development design patterns and concepts
• Competency in working within an agile framework
• Strong accountability and diligent work ethic to achieve end results
• Capability to manage demanding timelines and client expectations
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or above
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects with outstanding leadership qualities
