Senior Lead Software Developer(Salesforce)Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and/or re-engineer highly complex Salesforce application components and integrate software, programs and reusable objects possible residing across Salesforce environments
- Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in usability testing, research, and data analytics interpretation.
- Design and build complex integrations with the Salesforce GovCloud
- Adhere to the development of solutions that are sustainable and grow with the Salesforce platform
- Create high standard Technical Specifications
- Knowledge sharing and coaching the CRM team, including jr developers and the business as necessary
- Participation in executing and improving the CI/CD process for Salesforce
- Participate in scrum activities as related to your customer's user stories, grooming, sprint planning with product owners, QA and scrum master.
