What you’ll do
The Senior Learning Knowledge Management Consultant will be leading the creation of a centralized IT learning hub portal for our global non-profit client. This portal will drive organizational learning based on dat-driven insights. If you are passionate about learning and development, skilled in instructional design, and are a strategic thinker with leadership skills, we want to connect with you!
Key Activities
- Solidify service charter: Define owner, strategic intent, measurable objectives, and communicate to all relevant stakeholders (refine this document and leverage best practices below)
- Analysis and validation: identify top technology questions through an evaluation of service tickets submitted by new hires and interviews with super users who onboard new hires.
- Recommendations for new hire process: collaborate with Service Managers across IT to develop resources that support top technology recommendations for new hires.
- Improved experience recommendations: identify additional delivery mechanism for informing new hires of IT resources and just-in-time learning opportunities.
- Client content pages: generate a centralized hub of identified technology resources for new hires.
- Launch first new delivery capability: launch first phase - develop and launch additional IT onboarding delivery such as an onboarding app or similar.
- Initiate discovery phase of centralized IT staff enablement strategy to map existing information and develop initial recommendations to improve centralized strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven understanding of Adult Learning Theory
- Experience developing Technical Education and Awareness programs and strategies
- Knowledge of enterprise IT organizational, business, and technical environments
- Ability to learn complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
- Experience in multiple industry verticals, including but not limited to finance, healthcare, software, and retail.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- History of completing projects that require strategic thinking
- Strong program management experience in an enterprise environment and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused attitude – a customer advocate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and senior business staff and management
- Required: Teams experience, including meetings, chats/conversations, and file management
Preferred Tools
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Cloud File Storage such as SharePoint Online, Dropbox Business, and OneDrive for Business
- Basic Excel and Microsoft Teams experience
- OneNote experience including Outlook integration
- Online learning development tools such as Captivate, Storyline, Articulate, Camtasia or similar.
- SharePoint experience preferred
- Content Curation and Knowledge Management experience a plus
- Background in Security Awareness education is a bonus
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. Salary range for this role is $90,000-$160,000 per year, dependent on experience. We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.

LOCATION:
This role will be hybrid with some on-site requirements in Seattle, WA.
