As Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world sees MGM Resorts. From enterprise campaigns to brand activations, you’ll drive strategies that connect our legendary portfolio of resorts, experiences, and partnerships into one powerful story. THE DAY-TO-DAY: • Lead integrated brand marketing strategies that support enterprise goals, drive awareness, and align with company-wide business objectives. • Partner with brand teams, creative services, media, and agency partners to bring consistent, innovative campaigns to life. • Serve as a key voice in corporate brand planning, including seasonal campaigns, portfolio storytelling, brand architecture, and enterprise partnerships. • Oversee high-visibility initiatives spanning multiple departments, properties, and partners. • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and reinforcing MGM’s voice. • Provide strategic guidance on campaign planning, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and activation roadmaps. • Evaluate marketing performance, sharing insights to shape future strategies and optimize resources. • Stay ahead of consumer, digital, and marketing trends to continuously elevate our enterprise-level brand strategy. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Bachelor’s degree required. • 2+ years of prior relevant experience in the casino industry, marketing, hospitality or a related field • Experience working across multiple brands, campaigns, or properties highly preferred. • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities. • Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional partners. • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Professional presence and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
