The Impact U will make:

• You will report to the Head of Marketing
• You will manage campaign operations from start to finish; including email and newsletter sends, audience segmentation, list uploads and lead flow management
• You will implement and advance inbound processes including lead scoring, funnel optimization, conversion measurement, and attribution modeling
• You will manage, implement, and optimize new functionality and tools (ie: CRM, and marketing automation software) within the marketing department to improve data accuracy, quality, and reportability
• You will define ROI and KPIs to shape and influence the strategy behind marketing campaigns
• You will lead, monitor, and measure marketing programs and campaigns performance
• You will lead and manage LeanData workflows and routing operations 
• You will stand-up and drive Unqork’s paid campaign strategy across a variety of platforms including: search, social, and/or content syndication
• You will collaborate cross-functionality to build and execute marketing programs for maximum results, and enable testing of new channels for future scalability

What U bring:

• 5-8+ years of marketing experience
• Proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps
• Strong background in leading, optimizing, and measuring campaigns 
• Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting
• Experience with ABM campaigns
• Power user of marketing automation software (Pardot preferred)
• Power user of Salesforce CRM software
• Power user of LeanData or similar lead routing system preferred
• A self-starter, strong collaborator, someone who is solution-oriented 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to approach projects in analytical, data-driven, and evidence-based ways

The US base range, across all Unqork US locations, for this full-time position is $117,000 - $160,000 + equity + perks/benefits. An individual employee’s salary within the range provided above depends on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the working location, role, skillset and level of experience of such employee. Please note that the salary range reflects the base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity or perks/benefits.
