BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook, America's leading sports book provider, has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Media Planning & Buying. The Sr. Manager will lead the strategic media planning for all brands (Caesars Sportsbook, on-line Casino, World Series of Poker and Caesars Racebook) with specific focus on traditional awareness driving channels (TV, streaming video, Radio, Streaming Audio, OOH, OTT, CTV). This role will help lead strategic thinking on the team and oversee the planning and buying of a full media mix for our casino properties.
What You Will Do:
  • Design and implement innovative ROI-focused media strategies enterprise-wide to support property occupancy, gaming, visitation, entertainment, and attractions goals.
  • Create and buy media plans based on media math that directly link to business objectives.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strategies and cohesive business solutions.
  • Provide strategic media leadership on launch initiatives including rebranding efforts, new property launches, and sporting tentpoles.
  • Ensure that internal and agency teams adhere to planning and buying best practices
  • Work with brand teams and creative department to define specs and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
  • Work with suppliers to approve creative materials and ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with supplier and regulatory guidelines all relevant geographies.
  • Access third-party resources (syndicated data, internal/external research) to uncover relevant insights that fuel plan development.
  • Build presentation materials, complete appropriate tracking spreadsheets and deliverables grids (specs/timelines) and enter data in relevant systems as required.
  • Provide weekly budget and tracking and monitoring reports to management on all active/pending campaigns
  • Identify and track issues and resolve/escalate as needed
  • Plan and implement media and activations directly with national networks, sports leagues, and other media properties

What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of proven Media Planning and/or Media Buying experience from an agency or B2C organization, hands-on experience with relevant Local and National TV, Radio, Print and OOH planning and execution
  • Experience managing complex, on-line/off-line marketing budgets and a firm understanding of offline media buying metrics (ROI, CPM, CPP, Reach/ Frequency)
  • Extensive experience with media planning/buying systems & research tools, such as Google, Salesforce, comScore, Strata & Kantar
  • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability; meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills: excellent business partner, creative problem solver, and able to clearly articulate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders.
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment. Ability to tackle complex regulatory challenges, adhere to strict deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Action-oriented - ability to identify issues and solutions as well as anticipate consequences
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Regular attendance in the office
