AirSculpt® is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Project Management to lead strategic Operations projects and initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and department heads. This role plays a critical part in driving execution, maintaining accountability, and ensuring timely delivery of key organizational priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and brings strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. They will oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and remove roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope, as well as implement projects in the field. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, with the ability to connect strategy to execution and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities - Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved on schedule and within scope. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution. - Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and adjusting plans as business needs evolve.
