Job Summary:
BRG's 340B group is one of the Healthcare Analytics practice's largest and fastest-growing groups, and we are looking to expand our talented and dynamic team with a Senior Manager of Product Development. We're looking for talented individuals who are looking to solve challenging problems and take part in continuing to create some of the most innovative software solutions in the dynamic and fascinating field of healthcare analytics.
The 340B team supports and advises pharmaceutical manufacturers on navigating the challenges and complexities of the 340B program, a government drug purchasing program. Our group is the established market leader in data and technology solutions related to the most pressing 340B-related issues for an impressive client base, including the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in the US. Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program. Responsibilities:
- Be a leader in the buildout and go-to-market strategy for important, high-visibility products.
- Leverage experience and knowledge across different program aspects such as technical delivery of features, strategic coordination between executive stakeholders, and requirements across engineering teams.
- Define key performance indicators for program success, customer workload health, and customer satisfaction with program benefits.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to better understand customer challenges and define measurable outcome targets for improvement.
- Support and contribute to performing program landscape research and analysis, examining cloud consumption trends, and customer requirements.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to design global success measures across disparate teams for mission critical workloads.
- Assist others responsible for program strategy development to examine program performance, drive value added capabilities, and customer adoption.
- Independent collation and evaluation of success criteria and performance metrics using scorecards and dashboards to monitor program success and ensure program activities align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge in deployment management tools
- Good understanding of release management standard methodologies
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
