Senior Manager - Risk

Audit & Risk team enables the business to maintain high level of governance with visibility on risk insights to relevant shareholders. We provide independent assurance over the effective operation of an organization's risk management, governance, and internal control processes. We are responsible for detecting, assessing, monitoring, reporting, managing and mitigating the risks, building a robust process that can provide a suitable platform for all our users.

Your Role:

• Contribute to ensuring Trust & Safety of the Platform and D11 Users through data mining and investigative techniques to uncover trends, potential irregularities and fraudulent activities
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends indicative of fraudulent activities
• Continuously strengthen and improve the Trust & Safety framework
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) efforts by identifying, assessing and mitigating risks to support organisational objectives
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to detect anomalies, test mitigation actions for effectiveness and report updates to the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and engage stakeholders to meet ERM goals

Qualifiers:

• Bachelor/Post Graduate degree in IT/Comp Science or related degree
• Relevant experience in Forensic/Trust & Safety/Data Analytics
• Prior experience in SQL
• Industry Experience: Social Media/Fintech/E-Commerce/Gaming/BSFI or related
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and activities (e.g., risk identification, risk appetite, risk measurement)
