The Role:
The Sr Manager, Solutions Consulting will lead a team of Solutions Consultants that play an essential and dynamic role in a rapidly evolving landscape of digital Customer Engagement. They will work with their team to showcase the value of the Iterable platform to prospects and customers, foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, and play a critical role in driving revenue within a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Worldwide Solution Consulting, work closely with the EMEA GM, and will operate cross-functionally with members of the Value Consulting, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations leadership teams to promote operational excellence.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Lead a team of Solutions Consultants who serve as product experts and technical owners in a rapidly scaling technology businessÂ
- Coach and develop Solutions Consultants, including how to perform effective discovery and qualification, selling business value, delivering world-class product demonstrations, workshops, and executing complex Proof of Concepts
- Play an active role in sales opportunities by building consultative relationships with prospects, customers, and Iterable’s partner network
- Partner with Sales leadership to achieve segment quota targets, provide valuable perspective on sales forecasting, and help nurture strong relationships between your SC’s and AE’s
- Contribute to the vision and departmental strategy across a growing Solutions Consultant organization
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber Solutions Consultants who can support six to seven figure sales opportunities consistentlyÂ
- Develop strong working relationships across internal functions (sales, value consulting, professional services, technology partners, customer success, operations, product management, marketing, etc.)
- Contribute to Iterable’s product development by providing key insight and feedback on new and existing use cases cases that are requested by our prospects and customers
We are looking for people who have:Â
- 8+ years relevant experience working in a high growth, enterprise software, pre-sales capacity in the MarTech/DaaS industries
- 3+ years of management experience in customer-focused organizations (ideally a pre-sales/solutions consulting team)
- Experience working for a US based organization that requires a high degree of day-to-day autonomy
- Experience working on six to seven figure sales opportunities concurrently that encompass complex sales cycles with multiple key technical stakeholders
- Strong technical background working with API/Webhooks, ETL/rETL solutions , Mobile SDK’s (iOS/Android), and AWS/EC2/S3/Lambda.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding complex customer requirements and proposing creative solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication, with the ability to effectively articulate sophisticated software and business value to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, requiring strong skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Some travel may be required
