Senior Manager, US Data Management (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Associate Director of US Data Services, you will lead in representing US data operations as strategic advisor to US business on data provisions within vendor engagements across all functional vendor engagements. You will support projects across the full portfolio of products ensuring that vendor engagements have specified data service requirements that allow for efficient integration of data into CSL's data warehouse.

You will Operate as an important interface between brand leads, global I&A data governance, procurement, data privacy, legal and compliance to ensure business processes are adhered

We ask that you have deep subject matter expertise in understanding US data available across vendors and commercial activities and how data can be used to provide insights and influence on commercial activities.

The Role:

• Management of data agreements with external partners (e.g. Hub, IQVIA, PBMs)
  
• Engagement with stakeholders to communicate and enforce data governance processes
  
• Project management support for relevant projects involving data acquisition, transformation, and use
  
• Support new product launches in defining US data requirements and strategic for procurement and integration
  
• Provide consulting to US commercial teams on data availability and fit for purpose application with knowledge on sources including but not limited to secondary claims data, lab data, specialty pharmacy dispense and referral data, patient service case data, patient program data (e.g. copay), distributor and GPO data, marketing campaign data, payer data
  
• Operational support for data aggregation processes (Capgemini), key systems (Insights360 and Veeva), and data quality processes.
  

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business major required, MBA or advanced degree in analytics preferred
  
• 7 plus years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.; plus at least 5+ years of experience in commercial data & operations in biotech/pharma industry
  
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with organization leaders and key external stakeholders.
