Senior Manual Tester - Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud

We are looking to add a Senior Manual Tester to our team, specializing in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
The successful applicant will thrive in detecting, documenting, and confirming software defects to improve the overall quality of these platforms. This position requires careful attention to detail and robust communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth test procedures for Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to obtain necessary project details
• Identify defects through functional, regression, and performance testing
• Efficiently record, manage, and monitor bugs
• Offer insights during daily briefings and sprint planning meetings with project teams
• Refine and optimize current testing strategies and implement new enhancements where required
• Uphold the consistency and dependability of the software solutions

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in QA testing, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Data Cloud
• Proficiency in source-to-target data mappings
• Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Outstanding analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Capability to work effectively within a diverse, multi-vendor team environment
• Advanced level (C1+) in English language proficiency

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud Consultant
• Experience with Agile project methodologies
