Job Description

Based in our regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Senior Marketing Associate – Search & Mobile reports into the Senior Marketing Manager – APAC Search & Mobile. This role is a dynamic role that supports the delivery of SEEK’s Paid Search and Mobile activity, and is responsible for implementation and management of all search marketing activity across APAC for SEEK. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Management: Overseeing the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, including bid recommendations, budget management, ad copy writing and execution details
  • Keyword Research: Developing and refining keyword lists using industry tools and data analysis to ensure campaigns target the right audience for SEO, SEM and App Store Optimisation
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analysing campaign performance using analytics and competitive tools, generating reports, and providing insights to improve future campaigns
  • Testing: Driving campaign experiments, identifying new opportunities for improvement in compiling use cases through to completion and review
  • SEO Performance: Provide guidance to content marketing teams on optimisation opportunities to maximise SEO performance. Work closely with the SEO and Jora to identify improvement opportunities to drive a dual brand search approach
  • App Acquisition campaigns: manage Google App & Apple IOS paid campaigns to drive installs and app engagement as well as support across app store optimisation initiatives.

The Team You’ll Join:

The APAC Digital and Media team sits within SEEK's APAC Marketing team and is responsible for driving end-to-end media planning and execution. This team is responsible for managing and optimising media, digital and search through leveraging 1st party data to enhance engagement for both candidates and hirers. They oversee performance monitoring and reporting, optimizing content and campaigns based on data-driven insights, and maintaining a comprehensive digital marketing performance dashboard.

Qualifications

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in search platform and bid management platforms (SA360), Google Ads and advanced skills in Excel
  • The ability to understand all Marketing channels and customer segments and the role each plays in achieving business outcomes
  • Comfortable with strategic and critical thinking and understanding how to execute in line with strategy
  • Creativity and ‘hustle’ (challenge the norm to get things done quickly
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to develop strategies that are commercial minded, and to analyse and review data on cost and return on investment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities both internal and external, such as agencies
