The Senior Marketing Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and cohesive designs that reflect and enhance our brand across digital and print mediums. The Designer utilizes a keen eye for detail, a passion for design innovation, and the ability to translate brand concepts into engaging visual experiences. The Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all design assets align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives, contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Represent our values: Awesome, Creative, Respectful, Team Players, Get it Done. • Ensure the consistent application of the company's visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines in all design work. • Partner with the Director of Brand Marketing to define and evolve the brand's visual identity. • Design and maintain the company website and app, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence. • Optimize the ZoomCare website for conversions and user experience. • Create landing pages and microsites for various marketing campaigns; develop a wide range of marketing collateral. • Design eye-catching materials that maintain brand consistency and align with marketing goals. • Create digital assets for marketing campaigns, including banner ads, social media posts, video and audio production. • Partner closely with the marketing team to translate marketing strategies and messages into captivating visuals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with product launches and promotions. • Stay up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to ZoomCare. • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, as needed. • Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing creative input, feedback, and guidance. • Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field. • 5+ years proven experience as a digital and graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team. • Expert project management abilities, including experience in directing freelance or contractors. • Animation and video editing skills, experience with UX/UI design principles and knowledge of HTML/CSS. • Familiarity with emerging design tools and technologies. • Strong handle of layout, typography, colors, and image composition as applied to web and mobile experiences. • Experience with digital design for email. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for Mac – expert level in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator. • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
