Infosys is seekinga Senior Industry Principal Consultantwith extensive experience inDigital Marketing.We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Consultant - Trusted Advisor to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance, strategic counsel, and hands-on support to help them achieve their business objectives through impactful digital marketing strategies. You will go beyond tactical execution, building long-term relationships with clients and becoming an extension of their marketing teams. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 22 years of experience in Information Technology • 15+ years of experience in Digital MarketingResponsibilities: • Strategic Marketing Partnerships:Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Understand their business needs, market dynamics, and goals to develop tailored digital marketing solutions. • Business & Marketing Alignment:Bridge the gap between client business objectives and digital marketing strategies. Develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. • Comprehensive Digital Marketing Expertise:Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and more. • Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies. • Technology & Platform Selection:Advise clients on the selection and implementation of appropriate marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Innovation & Trend Forecasting:Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and strategies to enhance client campaigns. • Client Success & Communication:Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term trust. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
