We currently spend over $4.2 Million a month across YouTube, Facebook, Google Search & Display.

With over 70 clients on our current roster, we are on the cutting edge of everything that is paid advertising

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager that is strategic and motivated to get results. He or she is focused, and organized with previous marketing and leadership experience within organizations that have generated $15 - $50 Million in revenue annually. This role will require a deep knowledge of funnel building, creating/launching/testing new offers, and numbers driven operator.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Digital Marketing Experience with hands-on experience in optimizing conversion-based funnels and/or various MarTech tools.
• Experience building and launching new "Self Liquidating Offers" preferred
• Experience with Webinar and Coaching Funnels will be preferred.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
• Understanding of Infusionsoft, HubSpot, Clickfunnels, Google Apps, Google Drive, Appointment Core, Zapier, Google Analytics, Bucket.io and other apps
• Experience with Analytics & Reporting -This role will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts; tracking key marketing analytics and key performance indicators (KPI's) for intercompany departments, then compiling and communicating this data to appropriate members and departments
• Intellectually curious. "That's interesting" must be the impetus that starts you on the path to find out what, why, and how. Unique results are the seeds of immense gain.
• Experience increase traffic & revenue growth through advertising channels like YouTube, Facebook, Search & Display
• Compile and analyze performance data for ad creative, landing pages, and offers to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers when creative needs arise.
• Ability to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign ideas that set us apart from the competition.
• Must be highly analytical and data-driven - must use and love data, your decisions must be driven by it without succumbing to over analysis.

SALARY RANGE: $65K - $70K a year
