Senior Marketing Manager

Chord Specialty Dental Partners is a leading Dental Support Organization supporting pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Tennessee, Indiana, and Virginia. We are seeking aSenior Marketing Managerto help drive growth across our network of specialty dental practices. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will focus on scaling existing locations and supporting new practice launches. The right candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on marketer who thrives on executing campaigns that bring in new patients and strengthen our brand. Location:West Chester, PA Compensation:$85-95k/yr Schedule:In-Office Tues, Wed, Thurs Remote: Monday, Friday Strategic Marketing & Digital Leadership • Develop and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels • Build and manage social media content calendars to engage target audiences and drive patient acquisition • Partner with leadership and external agencies to manage and update practice websites (WordPress CMS), ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized • Implement and improve analytics platforms; create dashboards to report ROI and campaign performance • Support initiatives to strengthen referral relationships with pediatricians, family physicians, and other providers Patient Experience & Digital Engagement • Act as the subject matter expert for patient communication systems and digital touchpoints • Lead online reputation management: monitor reviews and social media, and implement strategies to protect and enhance brand reputation • Collaborate with Operations teams to optimize lead management across multiple platforms, ensuring strong conversion rates Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience (healthcare, dental, or service industries preferred) • Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results Skills & Competencies • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), analytics tools, and marketing automation • Experience with WordPress CMS; familiarity with SEO best practices • Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred) • Knowledge of social media and reputation management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across different markets • Self-motivated, collaborative, and aligned with Chord’s values What We Offer We believe that taking care of our employees and their families is paramount.
