Location:El Segundo, CA (Hybrid) Travel:20–30% Why you will love this role: As a dynamicSenior Marketing Manager, you will drive the future of surgical visualization by leading the U.S. growth of our cutting-edge IMAGE1 S™ video endoscopy platform, advancing minimally invasive surgery through enhanced visualization and digital innovation. What you will be doing: • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. • Lead product lifecycle management from launch to optimization, ensuring strategic alignment with market needs. • Foster strong collaboration across Sales, Field, Product Management, and Global teams. • Act as the U.S. Subject Matter Expert for IMAGE1 S™, including spectral imaging, AI integration, and the full ecosystem of surgical visualization devices. • Drive commercial execution by creating impactful sales tools, training programs, and customer engagement initiatives. • Analyze market dynamics and competitive activity to shape go-to-market strategies. What you bring: Required: • 5–7 yearsof medical sales and/or marketing experience (minimum 2 years in marketing). • Expertise in digital products, imaging, or visualization technologies. • Proven success leading product launches, sales training, and market development initiatives. • Strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and analytical capabilities. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred). Preferred: • 10+ years of product management or marketing experience in the medical device industry. • Experience managing cross-functional commercialization projects. • Background in minimally invasive surgery markets is a plus.
