Job Description
This position will manage several business activities and marketing programs to support the iTind procedure in Urology. The position will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall iTind strategy within the BPH market in Urology.
Job Duties
- Assist in implementing tactics that support marketing strategies to include physician partnership programs, marketing campaigns, and business analyses to succeed in the minimally invasive BPH market
- Track and evaluate marketing program progress, reporting out and recommending changes to optimize success as needed
- Submit and manage HCP contracts and activity to drive collaborative initiatives forward
- Participate in and manage HCP feedback surveys
- Support tracking procedure schedules to report out on business metrics and commercialization progress
- Expand the existing iTind information databases to enhance activity tracking capabilities
- Attend procedures, courses, and tradeshows as necessary
- Support the selling process by creating marketing collateral tools and training presentations
- Liaise with field sales team as necessary to support field activities driving revenue
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years internal Olympus combined experience or minimum of 2 - 4 years external combined experience in business, marketing, or marketing communications.
- Must have the ability to travel 15 - 30% domestically and occasionally internationally. Overnight travel included.
Preferred:
- Experience in med tech field a plus
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to project a professional image and leadership skills.
- Must be self motivated confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Must be results-oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share.
