Senior Network Engineer, Connectivity Services

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, protocols, and services (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
• Ensure network security, compliance, and governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize network needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
• Participate in on-call rotation for network support

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on connectivity
• Bachelor degree OR equivalent years of experience in networking
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols, and technologies
• Experience with Juniper and/or Cisco network devices and software
• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Terraform (huge plus)
• Strong knowledge of network security and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:
Experience with network automation and orchestration tools
Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid environments
Azure Express Route/And/or AWS Direct Connect a plus

Certification in network engineering (e.g., JNCIP, CCNP)
Experience with agile development methodologies
