You Would Be Expected To…
• Deliver a professional consultative sales experience for potential customers via email, chat and phone calls (no cold calling)
• Create customer delight through honest, knowledgeable, and ethical selling practices
• Become an expert in our products and services through active self-directed learning and company driven product and service training
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere
• Execute responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Answering the phone and responding to emails and live chats in a prompt, accurate and thorough manner to communicate product and service information
• Creating custom quotes and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Completing trade program registrations and following up on the specific requirements of design professionals and corporate buyers
• Working within our ecommerce, ERP and messaging platforms to properly place, process, track and follow-up on transactions and information requests through the entire sales cycle in an organized and efficient way
• Processing after-sale product and service issues with empathy, urgency and in accordance with company policies
• Performing a regular review of open orders and customer support tickets to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up with customers
• Coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless, end-to-end customer service and satisfaction

Ideally, You Have…
• Experience in high-end retail sales and high-touch customer service
• Facility in working with current technology platforms, systems, and services with significant extra credit for experience with Zendesk and QuickBooks
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Excellent communication skills and an upbeat, professional demeanor
• Availability to work full-time during traditional hours but flexible enough to handle occasional evening or weekend client interactions
• The ability to successfully complete the pre-employment background check
We are fast-paced small business with the polished, professional approach you would expect from a much larger and more mature organization. Once trained, we would expect you to work in our luxury downtown Seattle office 3-4 days per week. Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
