Senior OpenText ECM Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior OpenText ECM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing and designing the User Interface of the OpenText Content Server platform to create engaging and efficient user experiences. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in front-end development and a deep understanding of OpenText technologies.

Responsibilities

• Customize and design the UI of the OpenText Content Server platform to meet specific client needs
• Create responsive and user-friendly widgets, layouts and design elements to enhance user interaction
• Implement logic and interaction between UI components based on user requirements to ensure seamless functionality
• Ensure all UI designs align with reference designs and branding guidelines to maintain consistency and professional appearance
• Collaborate effectively within team settings to meet project timelines and deliverables

• Strong front-end development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular
• In-depth knowledge of OpenText Smart View development & customization, WebReports and OScript
• Proven experience working with OpenText's Content Server
• Familiarity with RestAPI and WebService to ensure smooth integration and functionality
• Solid understanding of how to integrate OpenText with third-party applications
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, paired with strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver customer-specific solutions based on unique needs and requirements
• A DevOps mindset and skills to work on the backend are a significant plus

• Exposure to OpenText workflows
• Knowledge of records management
• Security clearance is a beneficial asset
