In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience style performance reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Tailored Oracle Cloud Solutions: Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.
• Application Configuration and Testing: Configure and test applications to to check that it meets business requirements.
• Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving: Work within a continuous improvement framework challenging ideas and finding solutions to problems.
Oracle Cloud Functional Requirements:
- Professional Expertise with Oracle Configuration : Hands-on Oracle configuration experience in different modules: Oracle HCM Oracle Talent Mgmt Oracle Financials Oracle SCM with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Oracle Process knowledge: Experience with Oracle processes and workflows (HCM Finance SCMs etc.).
Oracle Cloud Technical Requirements:
- Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Oracle Reports Business Intelligence Analytics Oracle Framework apps Oracle EBS and Oracle based integrations.
- Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants project team and client resources in defining detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
Other Oracle Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion: Practical experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion demonstrating how it is applied in different client environments.
- Oracle Certifications: Holder of Oracle certifications.
