About the Role

SaaS Academy is seeking an experienced Senior Outbound Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on outbound leadership recruitment to build our internal recruitment agency and enhance talent density. You will drive efforts to attract and secure world-class leadership talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for key roles. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow and maintain a high-performing team.

Here are the primary components of our Senior Outbound Recruiter role, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities & Success Metrics

  1. Outbound Leadership Recruitment: Lead our efforts in sourcing and securing top-tier leadership talent, focusing on director-level to C-suite positions. You'll leverage LinkedIn and non-LinkedIn channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract off-market candidates.
    • Success Metric: Close leadership hires with off-market talent that is typically unreachable through inbound channels, significantly contributing to the company's talent density.
  2. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry leaders, and key communities. Your ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely will be vital in developing strong connections that lead to successful hires.
    • Success Metric: Develop strong relationships within relevant groups, masterminds, and communities, leading to successful non-LinkedIn outbound hires.
  3. Talent Pooling: Create and maintain a robust talent pool from your outbound recruitment and networking efforts, ensuring a ready supply of candidates for high-volume and leadership roles.
    • Success Metric: Maintain a ready talent pool, ensuring quick and effective placements for high-volume and leadership roles.
  4. Build SOPs and Outbound Recruitment Motion: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound recruitment, ensuring they are scalable and can drive ROI within the first 90 days.
    • Success Metric: Establish effective SOPs that are operational within the first 90 days, driving significant recruitment success.

Experience and Qualifications

Required

  • 6+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for various roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive mindset, with a passion for seeking out new talent and building strong candidate relationships.
