Senior Paid Media Strategist • Hybrid | Phoenix, AZ 85034 Full-Time | Starting at $60,000 per year Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSenior Paid Media Strategistto lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of premium-level paid media campaigns. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of 10–20 accounts, with individual client budgets starting at $50,000 per month. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Google Ads, strong analytical acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive performance and exceed client objectives. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and manage advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads and related platforms. • Monitor campaign performance, including budget pacing, conversions, impression share, and Quality Score, ensuring alignment with client KPIs. • Execute daily account management tasks, including keyword research, bid adjustments, ad copy development, and display network management. • Provide proactive performance analysis and actionable insights through regular reporting and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate closely with account managers and sales representatives to understand client goals and deliver exceptional service. • Respond to ad-hoc requests and provide timely campaign updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment. • Proven ability to manage and optimize large-scale PPC campaigns with monthly budgets of $50,000 or more. • Google Ads Certification is required. • Strong client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively. • Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for campaign reporting and data interpretation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
