Senior Paralegal

As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our remote team and provide dedicated support to our Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, Mark Graves, who brings over 30 years of global experience in the financial and regulatory sectors.

 

 

We are looking for a Senior Paralegal with a deep passion for the financial industry and a strong drive for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, and payments space. Some exposure to digital assets or cryptocurrency would be advantageous. This position will involve close collaboration with the legal and compliance teams, assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various contracts, SaaS agreements, NDAs, and compliance policies, procedures, processes, standards, and other governance documentation.
