Job Description
Smartly.io’s Global Partnerships Team is responsible for growing our strategic partnerships with Platform and Technology partners. As a part of Smartly.io’s journey to becoming a full multi-platform player, we need to nurture and improve our relationship with Platform partners (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter & Google) to drive new business, retain & grow existing customers, increase awareness of our offering and promote sales collaboration.
Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will work with internal and external collaborators to scale our global partner program and drive value for our customers. You will be responsible for crafting and delivering partner-specific marketing programs that support and enable our partners as we scale.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Smartly.io you will..- Implement a Partner Marketing Strategy that continues to build the existing and net-net business partnerships as we scale and expand globally across Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Twitter & Google
- Define and build marketing programs that help drive awareness of the partner program at our platform and third party partners, as well as bring these partners on board
- Develop demand generation campaigns to create interest from prospective partners. Work closely with the marketing team to bring these programs to life.
- Build marketing engagement programs that support revenue targets and drive measurable outcomes. Deliver upon agreed marketing activities including development of joint messaging and collateral, sales readiness tools and customer success stories for partner sales and success teams
- Continually track, analyze and optimize program success. Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against funding and time investments.
- Work cross-functionally on joint marketing activities, including events, content (slideware, assets, web sites, email, etc.), and webinars
- Build supporting processes for lead capture that result from the execution of the scalable partner marketing programs you develop
- 8+ years partner marketing / partnerships experience, ideally in the enterprise B2B space.
- Strong project management skills, preferably in helping partners launch co-marketing campaigns and programs. You understand the importance of syncing long term, cadence based co-marketing schedules with the business and product efforts of a partnership
- Solid understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape - and category leaders in various areas
- “Conversationally technical” - you’re able to understand and speak to technical concepts for both our and partner products
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or similar

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual’s background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary.
