1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking a dynamic Sr. Payroll Administrator to handle all aspects of payroll processing for our growing company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle multistate payroll processing for approximately 5,000 employees
• Knowledge of current Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
• Administration of employee garnishments and knowledge of 401K administration
• Proficient in Excel/MS Word (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup)
• ADP Enterprise: EV6/Enterprise; eTime/Workforce Manager, ADP Reporting, Smart Compliance
• A minimum of four years' experience in processing payroll is required

Role Breakdown:

• Payroll Data Processing - 55%
• Payroll Reports - 45%

The expected hourly range for this position is $31.25/hour - $36.06/hour. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by the law.

Requirements

The Sr. Payroll Administrator must be detail oriented, able to work with minimal amount of supervision, provide excellent customer service and be willing to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.

• High School Diploma required
• Very detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be proficient in MS Excel/Word
• ADP Enterprise experience

Must be able to work on-site in the Jericho HQ 4-5/per week.
