To make our mission a reality, your skills will be accountable for:
- Own and maintain integrity of all people-related data, leveraging & refining our HRIS (ADP) as the source of truth that flows into all people-related systems.
- Model, analyze, and drive meaningful insights from people-related data using Google Sheets and Excel. Create compelling cases for leadership around people initiatives that are grounded in data.
- Conduct regular compensation & equity market analyses and reviews to ensure our data & philosophy is up-to-date, accurate, and competitive.
- Administer bi-annual compensation cycles in our compensation planning tool, Pave, acting as the key owner of all compensation & equity data, partnering with managers on compensation decisions, and leading employee trainings.
- Provide guidance to People Partners & Recruiting teams around compensation decisions, compensation & equity philosophy.
- Work cross-functionally particularly with Finance, IT, and Recruiting to ensure our processes & systems are running seamlessly and that the People team is providing actionable & timely insights to partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in people analytics, compensation administration, and/or HRIS management
- Data-centric - you love solving complex business problems with data and have a track record of driving meaningful insights and actions through data.
- Excitement for driving process improvement - we move fast and there are always opportunities to automate and drive efficiencies in our day-to-day.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and an understanding of advanced Excel/Sheets formulas and functions (pivot tables, Macros, queries, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ADP WFN (particularly custom reporting, ADP Analytics, and back-end ADP architecture like validation tables)
- 1+ years of experience in HR Consulting, specifically in compensation, benefits, people analytics, or HR operations
