Senior Plumbing Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

About the Role This is more than estimating, it’s about shaping projects from the start. You will: • Lead plumbing estimating and takeoffs with accuracy and insight. • Provide preconstruction services, offering budgeting and pricing strategies that help GCs and Owners determine project viability. • Develop and strengthen GC and Ownership relationships through proactive communication and value-added solutions. • Collaborate closely with our in-house team (purchasing, project management, and takeoff support). • Have the autonomy to manage your work while contributing to the broader vision of the company. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of plumbing estimating experience. • Field plumbing experience a strong plus. • Proven ability to lead preconstruction efforts and build strong professional relationships. • A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and embraces collaboration. • Leadership potential - the right candidate could also step into executive leadership responsibilities, depending on skillset.
