Summary:

• A self-starter and will work on multiple deliverables with dynamic schedules, Support Site Reliability excellence through an repeatable automation pipeline -defined approaches to operations , security and Azure infrastructure. Architect various tools, systems and infrastructure that enables: pipeline driven testing, Architect and engineer various tools, systems and infrastructure that enables cloud native monitoring, continuous integration, Horizontal and vertical scalability.
• Engineer and automate the Site Reliability capabilities of the Security, Compliance and privacy domains of the DAX services stack , implements the Security and Site Reliability life cycle which automates the documented processes and environments , Build and Perform Failure injection testing into the dev/test cycles which enable quality and site reliability and prioritize service availability, Performance, Capacity, Security and Compliance., , build various SRE integrations, CI/CD pipelines, systems and Azure infrastructure that enables the delivery of products and solutions on our Azure cloud platform
• B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant work experience, Proactive and self-motivated - willing to improve on existing processes to allow for faster iterations, Use process and best practices to ensure the platform and applications are stable and performant., Operate and manage application and cloud infrastructure DevSecOps pipeline for Ambient Clinical Intelligence (DAX) products and services.

Key Success factors:

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of building and operating Azure public cloud solutions related experience with a B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or relevant work experience
• Azure Work Experience: 10-12 years in a Azure environment, 10 year Experience securing / operating large-scale production systems in the Cloud (GCP, Azure)., 3 years of experience with Python 3, Powershell in a production DevOps environment., 2+ years of Linux and Windows administration and/or expert knowledge.
• Implement Infrastructure as a service and Infrastructure as code practices wherever applicable.
  Proactive and self-motivated - willing to improve on existing processes to allow for faster iterations, Use process and best practices to ensure the platform and applications are stable and performant.
• Use process and best practices to ensure the platform and applications are stable and performant., Architect and engineer application and cloud infrastructure DevSecOps pipelines for Ambient Clinical Intelligence (DAX) products and services. , Keep the customer-facing applications and services always available
• Proactively identify hurdles to stability and implement self-healing and resiliency initiatives., Build and maintain tools that will help with day to day activities and orchestration of our cloud environments., Work to automate detection and resolution of recurring issues in the production environment., Deploy system monitoring with thresholds and actionable alerts.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies internally as well as externally, plug into user groups, understand trends and opportunities to ensure we are using the best possible tecniques and tools., Perform tasks related to secure and keeping the products, tools, and pocesses secure., Use Bicep to build, manage, secure, flexible, productive Azure infrastructures that support research, development, and production projects of the application and research teams,
• Deliver products and services to enable secure, flexible, effective Identity and Access Management throughout Operations. Enforce compliance with IAM principals including least privilege access, password management, Audit logging, RBAC, certificate issuance and revocation, and AAA solutions.
• Execute mastery of the Azure identity management ecosystem holistically and create a secure infrastructure that meet and exceeds the needs of our data and science teams,
• Automate password management, user account lifecycle, certificate management and system authentication solutions within operations, implement automated processes that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability. Develop monitoring and reporting on the health, effectiveness and efficiency of IAM services
• Improve the efficiency and scalability of operational systems and processes to accommodate the rapid growth of users Implement Infrastructure as a service and Infrastructure as code practices wherever applicable

Technical Skills:

• Experience working as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer or a similar role operating a highly scalable and distributed platform., Experience working in a Docker, Kubernetes; environment.Experience with scripting language like Python, PowerShell etc.
• Knowledge of basic Azure tcp/ip networking and DNS, inclusing NSG, Vnet, peering, routing, Experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps concepts.,Configuration Mgmt and Orchestration with ARM templates, Terraform, and Azure DevOPs pipelines.,Speak and write unusually well. You understand that the quality of your communication is a top priority
• Experience with the Atlassian Tools such as JIRA/Confluence. Expert level knowledge of Azure Devops Azure Devops Boards, repos, pipelines and related services. Expert level knowledge of CI/CD in Azure and continuous build, release and deployment systems for infrastructure as code. Strong scripting skills. You're expected to be able to read and understand scripting template code as well as develop necessary tool integrations.
• Documented and published evidence of Experience integrating, testing, and deploying Azure Cloud Services into production systems e.g. compute, storage, Key Vault, Azure PaaS Security Skills - knowledge of end to end encryption, perform static and dynamic scanning of application code, and infrastructure as code remediation practices necessary to ensure the security and Site reliability of production Azure applications,Published evidence of Excellent verbal and written communications skills at Microsoft Build-level events
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Kanban, Execute and optimize an Automated Software component deployment pipeline, Implement Infrastructure Control and Compliance, Leveraging Terraform & ARM Templates for Infrastructure, Manage Azure Kubernetes Services Infrastructure, Implement Availability and Resilience Cloud Design Patterns for Azure, Configuring and Manage Azure Key Vault, Azure files, Blob Storage, AD Premium
• Participate in the Incident and Problem Management processes and assist the teams in ensuring proper RCAs are documented and follow-ups are delivered., Configure and Manage Azure Data Security, data at rest, AD Premium Policies, Data at rest, Privileged Identity Management, Deploy Authentication and authorization for Azure, Engineer for High Availability on Azure, Architect and engineer automated monitoring frameworks to monitor usage, availability of development and production environments,
  Experience with monitoring tools, New Relic, Prometheus etc., Experience with SQL , including understanding stored procedures and triggers., Experience with configuration management systems like Chef, Puppet, Ansible or Salt etc., Ability to build, use and configure metrics collection, reporting and alerting systems., Experience developing, deploying and integrating monitoring solutions.
• Experience with immutable infrastructure. 10 years' experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS. Experience with continuous integration systems like Azure Devops
• Demonstrable experience with achieving and maintaining HITRUST / CSA compliance and secure personal information. Experience with Atlassian tools - Jira and Confluence Implement Imperative Virtual Machine Configuration Management Manage and Modularize Azure devops pipeline tasks and templates, Explore Data in Azure Using Kusto Query Language and Azure Data Explorer
