Job Description

• You are first point of contact for the project team regarding all process questions for anerobic digestion (AD) applications. 
• You support the preparation of offers for the AD part (contract study, concept development, process engineering calculations, preparation of block- and process flow diagrams) Heat and Material Balance and Process simulation
• Development of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Functional descriptions and logic diagrams as a basis for the programming of the plant automation and their testing (Factory Acceptance Test)
• Development of documentation and participation to HAZOP sessions, overall project documentation (Basis of Design, Cause and Effects Diagrams, Control Philosophy, Shutdown and Blowdown Philosophy, Isolation Philosophy, Flare Load Summary) and other- technical documentation (e.g. static and rotating equipment, control valves)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in comparable function in Anaerobic Digestion (Renewable Gas), Waste Water Treatment, Energy from waste and/or similar industries
• Proficient in the use of CAE tools (COMOS or alike) and MS Office
• Reliability and sense of responsibility, good team work ability, problem solving skill and good decision making skills
• Good knowledge of English, German is a plus
